Office apps not working with Spacepilot Pro

Hi,

I bought a new Space Pilot Pro. I'm not familiar with 3D connexion software but can someone tell me if there is possibility to make this device functional with MS Office, especially Excel? If yes, how can I do that?

Pan and zoom navigation in MSOffice apps and in web browsers is part of the current 3DxWare driver.

All that is needed is to make sure you are using the current 3Dxware driver from our Downloads page. The older driver [3DxSoftware] did not include navigation in MSOffice apps and in web browsers.

As I installed new drivers I can pan/zoom in MS Excel. However, is there a possibility to change i.e. zoom option from spin to up/down move. Zooming by spinning the 3D mouse feels not very intentional for me. Please, let me know if and how I can configure this.
