Re: 10.1.4 Wont Install
Hello jweb05 -
If you have had a previous driver installed , uninstall that first from Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features.
When the uninstall completes check that the 3Dconnexion folders are removed from both C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files [x86].
When you download the driver, if the browser offers both Run and Save , choose Save then run it after the download completes. With 'Run' the installer sometimes looks for components that are not yet present.
If you are still seeing a problem you can use the clean install steps to remove any components left from previous versions.
In most cases that will be all that is needed. If you continue to see errors in the Temp folder you can clear that folder with Windows Disk Cleanup >Temporary Files.
For the Technical Support form error, you may want to try a different browser. I checked the support form and was able to submit an email request with Firefox. It is also possible there was a temporary web issue that is no longer happening.
