MAny problems after installing new driver : 10.2.0 - 17.2.0.11011
SpaceMouse Pro - W7 Pro
Running 3dsMax : Autodesk Exange Store Error Messages :
"3ds Max failed to find any "RuntimeRequirements" nodes under "ApplicationPackage" node in "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\C3DxAutoCAD.bundle\PackageContents.xml". Please check its format."
Nothing work ! Help please !

Hello Franck,
the error message is not really from our driver. It is from 3dsmax. Can you try a "Repair" installation of 3dsmax and after that try again an installation of the driver. Let me know if this works then.

I reinstall 3-18-0 and all is OK ! With no touch 3DS max !

I'm having issues as well ... 10.2 ... getting a Error 1001 when installing and repairing the driver. Plug-in for PDF not loading ...(error while loading the plug-in 3DxArc3d.api plug-in failed initialize .. also get "CoCreateInstance failed" Could not create 3D Mouse Device ... it was work fine until I installed the new driver

Why is it that so many users are still using old drivers like 3.17 and 3.18 - UtaSH (3dx support) if you are reading this doesn't it seem obvious by now that something is wrong with the new drivers for many users???

Yea ... I had to reinstall 3.15 .. all is good now ... you guys need to work on 10.2 a little harder ... it won't even install correctly

I saw the same error messages on my machine recently and after installing SP5 for 3dsmax 2014 they were gone.UtaSH wrote:Hello Franck,
