Hey Everyone!
A have a problem. I got may brandnew 3dconnexion mouse and today I am trying to run it with my 3ds max programm. But when Iam trying to set up advanced settings I can not figure out how to ,,make" 3ds max active application. All the time there are other active application.
Could you help me?

Hello MichalGacz,
the last active window before you activate the "Advanced" window has to be the application that you want to make the settings for - 3dsmax.

Thank you for your response.
But unfurnetally i tried to do it and it seems not working. I even tried to shut down other applications in task manager but then the active application is explorer.exe.... i also tied to reinstall programs but it also doesnt help. I have fresh installed windows 7.

Is it possible to choose manualy current active application? or manualy configure the 3d mouse for 3ds max?

Could anybody help me? Is there any solution for this problem? Spacenavigator is Working but only in one demension in 3dsMax 2014.

Hello MichalGacz ,
The Space Navigator uses a plug-in that is part of the 3Dconnexion driver package to
recognize 3DsMax.
With the plug-in installed, 3DxWare automatically switches to the 3DsMax profile as
soon as 3DsMax becomes the active window.
Are you opening 3Dconnexion Properties with the 3DsMax window open ?
Is 3DsMax using elevated mode [Run as Administrator] ? If it is , the 3DxWare software needs the same permission. Mis-matched permissions would keep the Space Navigator from communicating with 3DsMax.
If you are still seeing a problem let us know more - is the Space Navigator working in all of the axis direction in the demos [Start |All programs| 3Dconnexion |Demos |Jet Demo] This is unusual so we will need to know more to find the cause.

I have tied all options, and it wont work with 3dsMax 2014. But right now I have installed 3dsmax 2013 and everything is working fine.
