I wanted to get the rotate canvas function enabled again many times since a while but always gave up.. but as its really annoying I want to give it one more try.
I got it working once, as I remember with an older 3DXWare version- I changed my pc a while ago and since then I never did.
Maybe its because the recent version is different to the old, I dont know..
As i remember / found out in an older version you could assign a keystroke to an axis, I think I did my profile based on viewtopic.php?f=37&t=4196.
Actually it's quite hard to dig through forum entries which solutions are not supported by recent versions anymore - maybe you could clean up the forum and move them to an "old version" section..?
I'm searching my head off finding the solution now and its really driving me nuts, sorry to say that.
I'm really wondering why it has to be so complicated.
And as I have done that sometime ago already and I would like to get that back working again it would be great to know how to turn axis by 45° so I can turn the Spacenavigator by 45° as well and finally really reach the buttons for better productivity
I can start another thread if neccessary, just tell me if I should.
