Hi,

Since this morning my screen stay white, but evrything else works well.

I can turn it on and off by the "gear" button", but it never displays anything (even at startup).

Hi yakusa128,

I assume you refer to the LCD of the SpacePilot Pro. ;) The display of the SPP is handled by the LCD-Manager. This piece of software is installed together with our driver. I recommend that you re-install the driver (make a "repair" installation"). Let me know if this helps.

Which software do you use the SPP with?

HI and thank for your reply !

Yes I was talking about the LCD of the SPP.

I've tried many version of drivers :
  • 3DxSoftware64_v3-16-3_r1447
    3DxSoftware64_v3-18-0_r1786
    3DxSoftware64SPP_v3-16-3_r1447
    3DxSoftware64SPP_v3-18-0_r1786
    3DxWare64_v10-2-2_r1886
    3DxWare64_v10-2-3_r1903
with a full clean up (registry, delete manually the drivers, etc..) and restart between each try. I have even reinstall a full Windows 7 SP1 Pro, and redo everything again. The LCD doesn't display anything, but the mouse still works.
I want to use it on SW2013, Photoshop CS5 and Altium Designer.

What can I do ? Is-it a simple way to know if the display is right ? I can control the backlight by the LCD Manager but that's all...

Can you see it in the device manager? There should be an entry "Logitech LCDs" and this should list the "3Dconnexion SpacePilot PRO".

I suggest that you contact the Technical Support Team. They will do the necessary troubleshooting with you and if the SPP's LCD doesn't work anymore correct and your device is still under warranty then you should get a replacement device.
