Sketchup Lock Horizon

Is there a way to get to and uncheck the sketchup Lock Horizon setting without having to map the pop-up window to my spacemouse button?

currently not. I will check if we can offer this as a button mapping - "Lock Horizon ON/OFF".

Is this a sketchup setting or spacemouse setting?

It's a SpaceMouse setting. The navigation with the SpaceMouse in Sketchup is done by our plugin - 3DxSketchup.
