Space Navigator

Post by kpinks »

Hello, I have had the Space Navigator for quite a while and just thought that I would like to start using it. Anyways, when I am not using it, it is just sitting on my desk, plugged in. I have noticed that it very slightly tilts my model on the screen even though I am not even touching the mouse. This becomes a little frustrating. Besides unplugging it, is there anything else I can do?
Thanks

Hi kpinks,

the driver has a possibility to calibrate the device. Right click to the driver icon in the system tray and select Calibrate. Then follow the instructions on the screen. Do not touch the device while it is calibrated.

If this does not help then you should check if the device is still under warranty and if yes, contact our Technical Support Team. They will work with you to get you a replacement device.
