Problem SpaceexplorerUSB with Win7

Good morning,

i have a Spaceexlorer USB (with latest driver downloaded from internet) and windows 7 enterprise SP1 64bit.
After 3DxWare64 or 3DxSoftware64 instrallation i connect mouse on all usb port with same message error: "USB item not recognized"
Can you help me please?

that sounds like a hardware problem of the 3D mouse. The SpaceExplorer isn't produced since a while so it might be your device isn't under warranty anymore? It has a 3 year warranty. If there is still warranty you should contact our First Level Support Team.
