Solidworks pugin do not load

Hello,

Till I installed 2015 SP 3.0 of solidworks its not working anymore. Tried to repair 3dconnexion driver with no luck.
The 3DControl menu so not appear anymore even if 3DControl is checked in the plugin list.

Make sure the driver ans SolidWorks are started with the same user. It might be a question of privileges.

Me too. But my plug-in was loaded, however there is nothing happen. I asked customer service but there is no reply for a month so I tried all the way I have such as reinstall driver, clear registry, re-enabling it, etc.. Not work at all. Poor me

If it was by webform please send me the email address that you used to contact us in a PM. I will check why you haven't been contacted.

For SOLIDWORKS ... did you verify that you are starting the driver and SOLIDWORKS with the same user/privileges?
Which driver version do you have installed?
Which SOLIDWORKS version are you using?
Which model of the 3D mouse do you have?
