Assign macro to hold instead of quick fire

Post by imadunatic »

I just recently upgraded to a space mouse pro from the Space Explorer and I can't seem to get my macros to behave as they did with the space explorer. In Unigraphics NX, to access the radial menus you have to hold CTRL+SHift and click one of three mouse buttons to bring up that particular radial menu; the problem is that macros on the space mouse pro won't hold and in fact bring up a graphic showing what is assigned to the 1,2,3 and 4 buttons.

I don't see a clever way to assign this in the software, is it possible to edit a config or XML file to accomplish this? Holding CTRL+Shift is a precursor for many different commands in NX.

Thanks for any and all help.

As a temporary work around, I've found it's possible to assign this macro to the "rol+" button and it works as expected. Is there any way to apply the same "hold" logic to the 1-4 buttons?
