SpacePilot Pro not recognized upon USB insertion

Greetings,

I just bought a SpacePilot Pro from someone... I plugged the unit on my home PC with Windows10.... isn't recognized upon plugging the cord into the USB slot... Strange but ok.

Now at work, I plugged it into 3 different computers and still the same result. Not recognized. I've checked thru the device manager and nothing shows up. On the LCD screen of the unit, I'm stuck at "SpacePilot Pro initializing"

I tried the "Menu and Fit" reset and still no result. I also start a Technical support request from the website with no answer so far...

Need help here please...
