I need SDK approval .. building application to control robot

I am digging all over the forum and trying to get a head start reading the SDK provided by your company, but it states my request is awaiting for approval.
How long does getting approval take? We are a design team and purchase allot of your 3D connexion devices, and I really need to gain access to your SDK
to get started on a new project. My email and account is same name\ID as my forum ID if that helps.
