Navigator is losing functionality

Post by syork »

We have a Space Navigator which is about 2 months old and is running driver version 3.3.2 on WinXP SP2. The primary user has reported it is slowly losing its functionality. First the buttons stopped working and know it will not rotate objects. It only zooms and pans. I think another user mentioned this earlier, but didn't really report a problem to me.

Has anyone seen this kind of behavior?

I logged in as a local admin and the navigator worked fine for me. The user reset the setting back to default and now everything is working again.

Hi syork,

Thanks for reporting back to us. If you can, which application is your user running?
