Hi nitros,

the process how to assign a command to a button is the same for all 3D mouse devices (and as well for the CadMouse). Check the documentation.

• Open 3Dconnexion properties.
• Click "Help" which is located between the "Buttons" button and the "OK" button.
• In the left column navigate to "SpaceMouse Customization -> Buttons.
• Scroll down to the paragraphs
  • "Assigning 'Quick Macros' to buttons"
  • "Assigning Commands using the flyout window"
  • "Using the Live Search"
  • "Creating Radial Menus"
  • Creating Macros

There you will find a description how to assign a button. If this does not help please specify the application that you are using and the function that you want to assign to a button.
