SpacePilot Pro - Applets don't start or a few randomly do

Post by mikethepackerfan »

Hi All,
Anyone have this issue before? The applets don't run on the mouse, or some do; even with them all enabled. Support has been no help.

Every reboot a different combination of the applets will show on the mouse, sometimes none will show. Checking the configuration will show them all enabled, and accurately shows which ones are running.

Thanks all,
Mike

Hello Mike,

which driver version do you have installed? Which applets are not running?

Do you have any driver software from Logitech installed and running?

It's the most recent version of the software.

It's random, sometimes none of them run, sometimes it's email when his email client isn't open. Sometimes Solidworks shows up, and none of the others or a combination of them.

The user I am trying to figure out the issue with, does have a logitech wireless gaming mouse as well. His SpacePilot shows a logitech splash screen occasionally as well.

Hello mikethepackerfan,

I am sorry, but the LCD Manager that is installed with the 3Dconnexion driver is not compatible with the latest version of Logitech's software. :(
I am sure the problem will be gone once you stop the Logitech software.
