Hello,
My new spacenavigator 3D mouse seems to have a 'drifting' issue. Particularly when rotating/tilting.... I tried calibrating the mouse by right-clicking the icon in the system tray. The calibration completes but doesn't seem to fix this 'drift' I'm getting... just wondering if the product has a defect in the sensors or not. This wasn't a problem initially but now is starting to irritate me.

I apologize that you encounter problems with your 3D mouse. If the device is faulty and still within warranty we will replace it. Please contact our First Level Technical Support Team. They will do the basic troubleshooting with you and start the RMA process if needed
