Viewer and Demo not open due to install error

I just received a SpacePilot Pro, and at the installation got the following error
3Dconnexion Viewer and Assembly Demo installation failed. Error 1603 Do you wish to continue? I did continue and everything else seems fine up to now.
(downloaded the installation from web site, the one received on CD says it was not compatible with my win ver.)



I am using Win 10,
Installed software as Admin
Disabled ESET software (firewall and antivirus)
I removed/re-installed and still not able to use the demo and the viewer everything else seems fine.
