driver uninstall fail

Post by bbeissel »

I just bought the CAD mouse, but can't install the driver. When I try, there is an error message saying "The setup has detected that version 10.3.0 of 3Dconnexion DxSoftware (x64 Edition) is already installed. This setup is not compatible with this version. You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version." Then I try to uninstall the previous version and get this message: "Error: ISHELPER library not found. Terminating installation..."
What to do?

Hello bbeissel,

we need the log files of the installation that fails. So please create log files of the de-installation of the older version according to this FAQ. I will let you know where to send them.

Hi, experiencing the same issue. I have already created the log files. Can you also tell me where I can send these? Thanks.
