I just purchased the SpaceNavigator and love it...for all the programs I can get it to work for. It works fine on my computer using Google Earth, Pro/Engineer Wildfire 1, SolidWorks 2005, and 3D Studio Max V8 but I cannot get it to work with CATIA V5R16.
I've made sure the toolbar in CATIA is set to allow all the rotation functions and the 3dxWare is set for CatiaR15+.scg. Any reasons for it not working?

More likely than not, you have your firewall restricting the "CNEXT" process access to the network.
