Outlook 2013 and Spacepilot Pro problem

Hi everyone,

I recently got a SpacePilot Pro and was looking forward to using the extra features possible with the LCD screen.

My problem is that I am unable to use the Outlook features. It says "Outlook not found, or not running"

Outlook is running so I`m stuck, mostly because my colleague has the same pc with the same programs (seemingly) and on his Spacepilot Pro it is functioning. He has the same versions of software for the Spacepilot pro.

Can someone help me fix my problem?

which driver version do you have installed? Which version of Windows are you using?
Do you have a 32bit or a 64bit version of Microsoft Office installed?
