Spacemouse Enterprise LCD Scrambles

So this happens every so often. The LCD screen scrambles and I get stretched RGB pixels. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to reset. Yet another issue with my enterprise kit (3dmouse and cadmouse).

Anyone encounter this? Is it a hardware or software issue?

we haven't seen this happen yet. Do you see the scrambled LCD right from the beginning or does it happen while you are working?

I suggest you contact our Technical Support Team. It might be that we have to replace your device.

No it just happens out of the blue. Sometimes it still works with the screen scrambled, other times the whole thing bricks. I've contacted tech support.
