Space Mouse enterprise keyboard keys not working in 10.4.5

I recently update my driver to 10.4.5, and all my button customizations still work, but the keyboard keys on the left do not. I have tried restarting the driver, changing button assignments to custom macros that mirror their intended functions all to no avail.

I found one post regarding a similar thing in NX, but this happens across the board in all programs.

I am running a Space mouse enterprise (driver 10.4.5), on Windows 10, using it mostly in Solidworks 2016, and some Inventor.

Is there a device in the Device Manager/Human Interface Devices called "3Dconnexion KMJ Emulator". If not, reinstall the software. This component is responsible for doing the keyboard key emulation.
