Hi,
Looking for some help manually uninstalling the software/drivers. Have had to go this route since normal uninstall from an older driver failed.
I've removed the registry entries under software for local machine and user and also removed the files in program files, and appdata. Also taken away those couple of .dlls's noted in your advice elsewhere. I'm still getting an issue though that when I run the new installer it still thinks I have software installed. Options give me an error that ISHELPER library is not found if I try remove or modify. Repair never ends.
Can you let me know what minimum steps I need to remove the software to allow a fresh install of the latest.
Thanks.
