Space Navigator not recognized windows 10

Hi

I'm trying to run a Space Navigator, perhaps 6 years old on windows 10.
When plugging in i get "usb device not recognized". When I run the 3d trainer nothing happens. In settings in the 3d connexion menu it says no application detected.

I would appreciate any advice!

Hello Markus,

did you try different USB ports?
Is the device connected directly to the machine or are you using a USB hub?
Can you see the device in the device manager?
