Hi
Recently bought an Spacemouse Enterprise. Recently I am having problems regarding the zoom function.
Whenever I try to zoom, whether it is by pulling the knob up/down or pushing it backwards/forwards, the model on the screen simply disappears, and I have to press the "Fit" button to get it back.
This happens every time I try. This is on Revit software which I know is not supported, but it has worked for me all the time. Have not installed any new version either.
Have reinstalled software, but exactly the same happens. This is just when I try to zoom on a 3D model.
When I go to any 2D view, the zoom is correct.
Does anybody have any solution to what this could be??

Re: Spacemouse Enterprise zoom problem
Hi champ96,
Revit is supported or better: Revit supports our 3D mouse devices. The support for the 3D mouse in Revit was implemented by Autodesk. I have seen this weird behavior as well. Usually a restart of Revit solved the issue. But this issue can only be solved by Autodesk. We kindly ask you to contact their support team and open a ticket with them. If there is anything we can do to support their developers to solve this we will be happy to step in. The more user report the problem the more they see that a fix is need urgently. If you have a case number or any other reference from them it would be great if you would post it here so that others can refer to it. Thanks.

Re: Spacemouse Enterprise zoom problem
It could be that the point of rotation is very far away from what you are looking at. It could be an issue with the coordinate system of the model.
