Windows XP SP 2
Release Version: 3.3.6
Firmware: 3.18
Driver Version: 6.3.3
NX 5: In the 3DxNX Toolbar, the "button mapping editor" and "device settings" buttons are grayed out.
NX 4 and 5: Mapping either the left or right buttons to "orient-view-Trimetric" or "orient-view-Isometric" does not do anything. Every other orient view (top, front, back, etc) works! Why is this so? Is this a UG Issue?
Thanks for your help?

NX 4/5 Issues
Hi jmohockey
About the NX 5 issue: this could be related to multiple versions installed. Please check if the registered path in the starting script %UGII_3DCONNEXION_LIBRARY% is correct.
Please specify which device you use. You should check if these buttons work in another application (-s).

I am using the SpaceNavigator PE.
I have SolidWorks 2006 and the Orient view to iso or trimetric works fine when the button is depressed.
I have tried the orient view trimetric in Vista/NX5 and still nothing - but now none of the "orient-view" commands work. Any other command I would assign to the left button works.
-Update - it now works. The trick is to scroll down to the "orient view" in the command categories - do NOT use the "3DxWare" commands!
