Do you get the NX5 commands not even displayed in the button mapping editor?

Status as of Now
As I start NX4 A splash screen appears "3D Navigation Devices for UGS Partners"
Then when NX4 Opens in the gateway app the 3DxNX tool bar is loaded with all buttons apart from the "Help" Icon, which when clicked on opens the 3Dx Help screen. All OK at this stage.
When I open a Part, all Icons on the tool bar become active except for "button Mapping editor" & device settings.
At this stage all that is displayed on the pilot is NX Default 1 with only the "translations" function mapped to button 1 .
Pushing "Config" changes to NX Default 2, with no functions mapped to any of the buttons 1-6.
Pushing 'Panel" brings up the button Mapping Editor.
When starting NX5 the following Happens
NO Spash screen
the 3DxNX tool bar is loaded with all buttons apart from the "Help" Icon, which when clicked on comer up withan erroir window that reads
Menu Button Definition Error
None of the actions specified for this button were registed.
Use Information>Custom Menubar> Report Tool For more Information.
Nothing looks wrong in this report.

At this stage all that is displayed on the pilot is "UGS NX Configuration 1- USER" with with no functions mapped to any of the buttons 1-6.
Pushing "Config" or "Panel" has no Effect.
At this stage I plan to uninstall / Re install the 3dx software and will report Back

Have Un-installed 3DX software & re installed,
Still having the same issue with the Help Function but by deleting all the saved config files seem to have got around the button mapping issues.
It's still not what i would expect but is an Improvement.

1. Did you have a previous release of 3DxSoftware installed? I tried to start NX4 and after opening a part I had both the button mapping editor and the device settings active on the 3DxNX toolbar.
If you would like to save a profile you can do it by pressing the "New" button on the button mapping editor interface, mapping the functions you want and pressing the "Save" button. If you haven't any function mapped to the buttons 1 to 6, you can simply drag the function you want to map from the list of the shown commands (in the button mapping editor).
2. As with NX5 I haven't tried yet. While starting NX5 did you had NX4 still running?
