The biggest problem, Photoshop.
If I have only one file open it works great as far as I know. I can pan and zoom just fine. If I have 2 files open then when I pan in the second file it actually pans the first file that was open. When I try and zoom it seems like it tries or something, but kind of fails. It zooms a tiny bit, then stops. If I let go and try again I can zoom that same distance Out again, but no further.
QTVR doesn't work. I went to the website one and it doesn't work. I also can't get any of the panning to work in Any program other than Photoshop, with the restrictions mentioned above, other than 3D apps.
Rhino seems to work fine, and 3DsMax works fine. Although, I'm not crazy about the fact that I can't just tell it to ONLY change settings for All users, not just the current one.
Lots of programs just plain don't work.

Are you using Internet Explorer? Our solution for QuickTime VR is only available on that browser. Please send us the URL of the site so that we can check ourselves.QTVR doesn't work.
I'm struggling to follow you here. You're trying to set the user -specific settings for "all users"? Do you mean the application and/or driver user settings?Rhino seems to work fine, and 3DsMax works fine. Although, I'm not crazy about the fact that I can't just tell it to ONLY change settings for All users, not just the current one.

OK, the QTVR worked once in IE... well kinda. The rotation seemed alright, but I can only zoom Out. I can't zoom in at all. Pulling up zooms out and pushing down zooms out, neither of which work well.
Photoshop is version 9.0.1

Adobe has made significant changes in CS3 and our solution for Photoshop has benefit significantly from them. That does not help you since you are using an older version. Unfortunately, due to the limitations of CS2, 3Dconnexion is unable to improve on that.
Do you have link to the QTVR panorama that you used to test the 3D mouse?
Change to Rhinoceros is normal. It is simply the driver loading the configuration for the application that is still connected to it. Firefox does not connect to our driver.
The manipulation of scroll bars, tree views and other standard controls were feature of a product (3DxOffice) that has been deprecated. You can still use the last available version from the archive in the download software page.
I believe that by far the biggest advantage of your SpacePilot is the navigation in 3D applications. What's your feedback on the use of a 3D mouse in Rhino and 3ds Max 9?
