W2K shows exclamation mark on device driver, and won't work.

Hi.
I installed your software to see how it works, I knew it works fine with upstairs XP but I just wanted to peep with W2K in hand downstairs. This was quite possibly my mistake. I see exclamation mark on to HID SpaceNavigator with your driver. And due to that, your software detected no device connected.
And I could not find out how to get rid out this trouble so far. Would you tell me how I can delete your software? Provided that your software does not support W2K also.

3DxSoftware v3.4.2 was tested with Windows 2000 and it works if the Service Pack 4 is installed. If Windows didn't recognise the device that could be another issue. Will the same device be recognised on a Windows XP machine with the same hardware as used for Windows 2000?

Please check if Windows 2000 won't recognise the same device using another USB port and share your experience by posting the result here.

Sorry to have posted this issue here. I ought to have posted to other tree.
The problem is solved and there is no problem at all. And this is nothing to do with your product nor software.
