Hi everyone!
I have a spacemouse enterprise and CAD mouse combo and have been using it for over a year now however recently it has started dropping out more and more often.
It will be working fine and then all of a sudden the screen on the enterprise goes blank and my mouse doesn't respond for a few seconds. It will then fire back up and the mouse works fine but eventually the enterprise just stops working. It goes through stages where the screen will only show the Logo but still works functionally but then it will drop out again and will show the logo but not work at all!
I have them connected using the dual usb port so they tend to drop out together but I have also connected them directly and it doesnt fix the problem.
I have tried updating to new firmware too without any result.
Can anyone please help me resolve my problem without me having to turn my laptop off and rebooting it!
Cheers,
Anthony

Re: Enterprise Dropping Out
Hi Anthony,
I am sorry to hear that you encounter problems with your SpaceMouse Enterprise.
Can you describe what exactly you mean with "drop out"? You mention that the LCD goes blank, but you can still use the SME: Can you navigate? Do the buttons work as expected? Or is it completely dead?
Can you resolve the problem if you just unplug the device and plug it back?
Once the device stops working do you still see the 3Dconnexion icon in the system tray? If yes, can you open the driver window? If you open the task manager and list all programs (in Windows 10 it is the "More details" view and then in the tab "Details") by name do you see 5 entries where the name starts with 3Dx...?
