SpaceMouse Wireless fwd-back tilt not working & no support

Hi all,

I love my space mouse when I work on Solidworks and I've been using it successfully for a while (bought it in April this year), but suddenly the fwd-back tilt stopped working. Trying to move UP is also kinda flaky. I tried contacting the tech support but I get no responses whatsoever. When calling the US line I get a "mobile number not available" recording.. WTH? Has anyone had the same experience with their tech support? This is starting to become really frustrated, especially since I have to work on this massive assembly for work.
