Enterprise not starting on bootup

After a couple of weeks my SpaceMouse Enterprise stopped coming online when my PC is turned on. It doesn't come online until I unplug the USB and plug back in. Then it "wakes up" and works with no trouble. Until I start up the next time and I have to do the USB dance again.

Anyone know what's going on?

Windows 10 64 bit.
