Puck Off

Post by Dustin Neifer »

Everything but the puck works for the SpacePilot controllers that we're attempting to use with Pro/E on our 64-Bit workstations.

Operating System details: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 (5.1.2600 SP2)

Software Details: Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.0 (M250)

3DxWare details are as follows: Release Version - 3.3.6, Driver Version - 6.3.3, Firmware Version - 3.12, Device Type - SpacePilot

3Dconnexion Plug-In for Pro/ENGINEER details are as follows: Release Version - 1.2.9

What do I need to tell our IT service provider to do in order to get the puck on the device to work? I have about fifteen devices which are waiting to be deployed to 64-Bit workstations. They wouldn't be very useful without a functioning puck.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Dustin Neifer,

Are you using Pro/E x64? If yes, please refer to this post.

Also, you have a very old version of the SpacePilot software. A more recent version is available here.
