Hi Guys,
I am having a little issue. It looks like the 3Dconnexion driver is not automatically starting with windows, despite it beeing in autostart..
The mouse has no function after starting windows and I always have to manually start the home application for it to work as usual..
Any ideas for a fix?

Hi Superwutz,
a diagnostic file from your machine might help. I recommend to proceed as follows:
- after you started the driver manually right click the 3Dconnexion logo in the system tray and activate "Write Log File"
- next reboot the machine and login - do not start the driver manually
- press Shift and hold while you (again) right click the 3Dconnexion icon in the system tray
- now select "Run Diagnostics"
- verify that "Include dmp files" is activated
- then click "Collect System Information ..." - this might take a few minutes
- once the process finishes an Explorer window will open at %TEMP%\3Dconnexion\3DxDiag with a zip file. This file will be interesting for analysis
- please contact our Technical Support Team - preferably through the support form
- once the team replies you can provide the diagnostics zip file
Let me know what they find out.
