Spacemouse Enterprise does not start with windows

Hi Guys,

I am having a little issue. It looks like the 3Dconnexion driver is not automatically starting with windows, despite it beeing in autostart..

The mouse has no function after starting windows and I always have to manually start the home application for it to work as usual..

Any ideas for a fix?

Hi Superwutz,

a diagnostic file from your machine might help. I recommend to proceed as follows:

1. after you started the driver manually right click the 3Dconnexion logo in the system tray and activate "Write Log File"
2. next reboot the machine and login - do not start the driver manually
3. press Shift and hold while you (again) right click the 3Dconnexion icon in the system tray
4. now select "Run Diagnostics"
5. verify that "Include dmp files" is activated
6. then click "Collect System Information ..." - this might take a few minutes
7. once the process finishes an Explorer window will open at %TEMP%\3Dconnexion\3DxDiag with a zip file. This file will be interesting for analysis
8. please contact our Technical Support Team - preferably through the support form
9. once the team replies you can provide the diagnostics zip file
