Basic windows buttons

I've read through forums and website, and I can't find the answer to a simple question: how do I make the right-click button work in Windows like a regular mouse? And how to reverse the scrolling action of the wheel? Apologies if this is mentioned elsewhere, I just can't seem to find the answer.
