Can't move Btn Mapping Editor in Maya

Hello:
When I open the button mapping editor, the menu bar is above the top of my screen and I am unable to grab it and bring it into view. How do I fix this?

Dear PixL,

With the button mapping editor selected, key 'Alt-SpaceBar' and you may get a drop-down menu where you may select 'Move'.
