Perhaps a newer driver for your graphics card can resolve this problem or tweaking the settings of this driver. Do you use the latest official NVidia driver?

Downloaded the latest driver - no improvement. There's not much that can be tweaked. looks like I'll have to live with always moving the mouse off the model (off screen when zoomed in). Get a proper CAD graphics card.

Hi fostertom,

I would suggest contacting Google and see if there is a way to avoid the constant "picks" done by the application when moving the mouse pointer over a geometry (or when the geometry moves under the pointer...)

Perhaps they have a way to mitigate the problem. Some CAD application have such option (to stop the dynamic "highlighting" of part in an assembly, for example).

We would appreciate if, for the benefit of other Forum users, you could post here the information you may receive from Google.
