1. ability to assign radial menu inside of another radial menu.
2. When I add shortcut key to the menu there is no way to assign the name of the shortcut.

I agree with the OP.
1.: Radial menus are great, especially the ones divided into 4 sections. They give us more ways to configure our devices and are quite handy and convenient. 8-secioned radial menus seem to be on the brink of being overloaded - sometimes miss-clicks happen while using them, they are harder to read, etc. So the ability to transition from one 4-way radial menu to the next one could mitigate the issues with 8-way radial menus. Let's imagine having main 4-way RM configured to have next four RMs on each branch. This would essentially created a "gesture" menu with 16 possible functions. I am mentioning gestures, because using the functions assigned to the most outward branch would resemble gesturing with our mouse, by moving it in two directions in quick succession.
