I've recently updated our SW Office Pro 2008 installation to the latest service pack (2.1) and I've also updated my SpaceExplorer installation to 3DxWare for Windows version 6.5.5.
Everything was working perfect until these updates were performed. Now, some of the zoom commands (e.g. Zoom-to-Fit, Isometric, Dimetric, Trimetric) no longer function. There may be other commands, but these are the only ones that I have found as of yet.
I've tried re-mapping the buttons to verify that the buttons physically function, and they do. Other commands work fine with them. It seems as though maybe something got re-scripted or something.
Any ideas?
TIA

Solidworks service pack 2.1 & SpaceExplorer issue.
Joe Lewinski
Joe,
Sounds like the previously saved Profile for an earlier version of Solidworks is causing the button mapping issue.
Remove the saved profiles.
This is the path the profiles are saved to:
C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Application Data\3Dconnexion\3DxWare\profiles
The files have an extension of .scg
Remove the files from the profiles folder.
Next remap the buttons and post the results
