Because of this thread. This user reports his WF 4.0 movement is working. But you are right, currently I need your feedback to find out the current status.

Hi,

I just installed WF 4.0 F000 on my machine (XP SP2 32 Bit) and the movement worked but button mapping requires a new 3DConnexion Plug-In. As movement was implemented by PTC and other applications than Pro/E 4.0 are working you should contact PTC directly. I have no idea what is causing these problems on your machine.
