Unable to select "LCD Manager" in 3DxWare 10.2.3

Post by Zion Fox »

Greetings fellow 3DConnexion users,

I have recently installed the latest software for my SpacePilot Pro, but I seem to be unable to select the "LCD Manager" button regardless of which program is active at the time. It's greyed out, but visible. I have a plugin for Foobar2000 which pushes the playing media to the screen. It's designed to work with all logitech screens, and has previously worked with the SP P. I previously had the Logitech G510 keyboard, which had the screen, and both screens conflicted in older software, so I disabled the SP P's screen. I am not sure if it's still disabled, but the screen itself shows the SpacePilot™ Pro logo, with a picture of the device behind it.

Additionally, the software throws an error of:
3DxSmartUI wrote:Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
when I try to launch the config program with Foobar2000 (Music player) as the active window.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to resolve these issues.

Thanks,

~Zion
