I've used your devices for nearly 15 years now - My aging SpacePilot is no longer supported so I'm constrained to using Autodesk 2014 products,
It's a shame considering there's nothing wrong with the device, but I'll need to bin it soon and get the newer SpacePilot Pro (the second time I've had to bin a perfectly good device of yours).
Your website is pretty scant on function details; My Pilot really comes into its own when I'm multi-tasking from modelling, rigging, skinning and animating purely by stepping through the 'config' menus.
I can't see any details on the site, in this forum or online regarding multiple menu mapping for single applications such as Max & Maya. You used to be a decent bunch of fella's and send your devices out on trial, but I can imagine this is no longer the case. I am also reluctant to upgrade if you're about to release a newer device, because the driver support on older devices does eventually stop - but I imagine you'll be keeping this 'under wraps' for now?

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to the support folks in Germany who passed my details on to the UK sales chap. Fortunately he phoned me about the old SpacePilot and the dropping of the 'Config' button and mentioned he was in Leeds demoing devices, so I jumped in my car and popped over to get a hands on with the new devices and dragged my laptop with me to give them a test drive on Autodesk software. After installing the newer driver (manual install required for Max) to test the SpacePiolot Pro I then plugged my old SpacePilot in 
The newer driver recognised the device straight away!!! ( Thanks perhaps to this : - viewtopic.php?t=4082 ) .
On a practical note the driver has a bit of a quirk - the config button is listed as the 'Panel' button and the panel button is listed as the 'Menu' button (see image)
There's no longer the need for the config panels anymore with the newer driver as the radial menus work a treat and means I've got a potential 24 buttons from the 6 buttons along the top (though all can be mapped!)
So thankfully I've breathed a bit of extra life into a well-used device and I can now start working with my 2015 products.
A quick note about the newer products and my views. I have a lovely SpaceMouse Plus USB (anyone know how to get it working in 64 bit?) the ergonomics of this device and its build quality stands the test of time. I tried both the SpacePilot Pro & the SpaceMouse Pro and found the chunky buttons on the SpaceMouse Pro and it's ergonomic layout of the 4 main buttons easier and faster to hit blind than my SpacePilot and the SpacePilot Pro. The SpacePilot Pro is a little fiddly with its smaller cluster of buttons, not too easy with fat fingers. The build quality on the SpaceMouse Pro feels a little more robust, something you might not worry about getting bashed in a bag if you find yourself taking your kit from studio to studio. Given the flexibility of the newer drivers I'd seriously consider the SpaceMouse Pro, but I may be left wondering if 4 primary buttons is enough, though my old SpaceMouse Plus had 10 programmable (8 primary & no radial menus) and I used to fly with that, it was always my preferred device (when both were supported) when crunch time came and deadlines loomed out it came, so it's possible that once I get used to the new driver with its radial menu that 4 main buttons wouldn't be slow at all.
I'll the driver a good test drive before upgrading the hardware, which thankfully won't be straight away - - Cheers Chaps

Just a correction on my first posting, I said I imagined they wouldn't send the product out on trial but I was corrected on that by the sales chap; they can be sent out on tiral.
