Space Pilot Display Hang

Hi,
Got the Space pilot a week ago and happy with it,
One small issue, when starting to work the display recognize the apps i use and changes accordingly
but after a few minuets the display stops recognize the apps and stay hang with just one app, different app every time,
same as updating new commands, they'r not showing up.

Only a "Stop Driver" & "Start Driver" Solves that, but just for a while & then it hangs again..

It happening in my home pc and work pc, both are Win 7.

Help Anyone ??

please check if the LCD of the SpacePilot Pro shows up in the device manager. It is listed as "3Dconnexion SpacePilot Pro" under "Logitech LCDs". Let me know what you find out.

if you haven't yet done you should contact our First Level Support Team. Your device might be faulty and they can help you to arrange for a replacement device.
