CREO 2.0 Preset Views Not Working

Running Creo 2.0 (M130) on WIndows 7
SpacePilot Pro (firmware v. 4.11)
3DxWare 10 version 10.2.2
3DxWinCore version 17.2.2.11155

I'm working on CREO parametric 2.0

The mouse functions work for controlling the model, but the preset view buttons do not work.
I cannot program the custom keys (1-10) to CREO commands. They do work for non-CREO commands.
On the program list for the LCD manager, CREO does not show up.

Any help would be appreciated.
