[Inventor 2016] prehighlight slowdown with Spacenavigator

Hello,
I have a big problem with Inventor 2016 slowdown (when i.e. rotating view) with SpaceNavigator when one of Inventor's prehighlight options is on.
The rotating object starts to turn ~3 times slower, with much slower fps, when cursor points on it.
Tested on 2 machines. No problem with Inventor 2015.

Is there any fix or workaround?

same problem here with inventor 2016. it is aslo slow when a section view in an assembly is activated
