Rhino & Spacepilot Pro controller cap issue

Post by sasaji123 »

Hello everyone. When I am using rhino and I turn the controller cap clockwise to rotate the object it still rotates slowly after I let go. This is not the case when I turn it counter clockwise. Thanks.

Hello sasaji123,

which version of Rhino are you using?

Please start the 3Dconnexion Viewer (3D Mouse Home -> Viewer) and verify if you have the same problem here. If this is the case the device might be faulty. Then please contact our Technical Support Team. If the device is still under warranty then they will assist you in verifying the issue and if the device is still under warranty you will get a replacement device.

If you do not see the issue in the Viewer you might have a problem with your settings in Rhino. First step I recommend to remove the settings for the 3D mouse. See here how to do that.
