Windows 7 10.4.4 Driver Will Not Load

I have gotten the 10.4.4 driver to load on a 32 bit Vista machine and a Mac OS. For some reason, I have not been able to load the 10.4.4 (or any other driver) to my Windows 64 bit machine. The installation cannot get past the "Install Shield" portion where it extracts files. The mouse actually worked on the other two systems, so I have ruled out any hardware issues.

I noticed several posts in this forum describing similar issues, but I did not find a recommended solution. I have rebooted several times, to no avail. I have also tried to load the driver with NOTHING else running on the machine, but that didn't seem to do it, either.

Can anyone help? I emailed the tech-support address yesterday, but I have not received a response.

it's easier if you can clarify the situation with the support team and if they cannot solve they will escalate it. Did you use the same email address when you contacted them or did you use another one. I wasn't able to find your request.
