Space Navigator no longer smooth in Navisworks

I have used a space navigator in Navisworks for years with no problems. But in the last week or two it has been very jumpy/jerky. I am running Navisworks 2016 on a Windows 7 Pro laptop and the same on my desktop. Same issue on both machines. My co-worker says he's having the same problem as well. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest drivers. I haven't installed any updates to Navisworks recently.. Could this be a Windows Update issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

have you had other driver versions before?

Please create a log file of the driver as described here. Once you have it send it over to me. I will let you know where to send it.
