How to change time it takes to hold button for 2nd function

Using a space mouse enterprise in pro-e creo 5. I'm trying to change the amount of time you have to hold one of the view buttons to execute it's second function. If you hold down the 'V1' button long enough it performs the action tied to the blue sub command. I'm impatient and it takes a long time for this to complete. Thanks for your help guys
